The tools, the guides, the agencies — all of it was built for businesses with teams of engineers and six-figure marketing budgets.
Meanwhile, the small business owner running a plumbing company in Worcester, or a family restaurant in Northampton, was being completely ignored. Their websites were already being skipped over by AI search engines — and nobody was telling them why, or what to do about it.
